CLEO’s High School Program Aims at Next Gen Lawyers

If, in your wildest dreams, you could become anything you wanted to, what would you wish to be? Would you be the President or Vice President of the United States? How about the Secretary of State? Or perhaps a television reporter? Maybe a judge or Supreme Court Justice? What about being the chief executive of a non-profit organization? Possibly you might become an executive of a multi-national conglomerate, an international developer, or the representative for a famous sports or movie celebrity?

If you answered “yes” to any of the above professions, then you just might want to be a lawyer.

And that’s how the Council On Legal Education Opportunity (CLEO) can help you. CLEO’s latest pipeline program“Lawyers and Leaders in Training” continues the organization’s more than 40-year tradition of being in the forefront of diversifying the legal profession.

If you are a 9^th – 12^th grade high school student, then “Lawyers and Leaders in Training” programs will be exploring the legal profession with you. As a CLEO Achiever you will be a part of a distinguished group of diverse students nationwide.

A good way to begin to seriously consider being a lawyer is find out about what it takes to get admitted to law school and what it takes to succeed.
